Inspiring LEGO Creativity - LEGO Ideas Book Giveaway
One of the many benefits of playing with LEGO bricks is the sheer VOLUME of creativity that abounds.
My children recently worked together to build a LEGO house. They had a firepit, crib for the baby, toilet, and shower. The master suite was connected to the nursery. Everything was carefully crafted.
They were COLLABORATING, PLANNING, and LEARNING. It was a moment where I just stood back and listened - thankful for those colorful little bricks and the ENDLESS hours of enjoyment and creativity they bring.
Our favorite inspiration for LEGO creativity is The Lego Ideas Book, which we purchased just a few months ago to use in a LEGO class I taught at our homeschool co-op.
This book has been the SINGLE BEST LEGO INVESTMENT we have made. It gets used almost daily, and is full of ideas for building just about anything you want.
This book is full of ideas - my son would say "500 ideas from lots of LEGO fans". Give your LEGO lover this book and just watch their imaginations soar.
Sections Include:
- Planes, Trains & Automobiles
- Town & Country

I just had to share this resource with my fellow LEGO lovers.

My little Lego boys are 8 and 4. My oldest in particular, tries to build everything he sees. He gets online trying to find new instructions or ideas of things to build DAILY! Little brother tries to copy big brother...it's too cute! My oldest begs for me to print off instructions all the time and honestly, if it weren't for the price of ink, I'd let him. He's a HUGE Lego fanatic! We've been trying to get this book in the hopes that it might give him something more tangible at his fingertips to work with. So, thanks for the opportunity to try and win a copy!
My 5 year old has just recently started building with legos. He will sit and build until he finishes it. He would love to have this book.
I have 5 Lego lovers! The oldest is 21 and the youngest is 7.I'm not sure if I like them or not. I keep stepping on them!

Awesome! Lego's are just awesome! My sister was adopted a year ago and has had a hard time learning to play with toys. But she has gotten some lego sets in the last couple of months and will sit down and create and play with them. Huge progress! Love Lego.

My son is alway getting frustrated at not being able to find all the pieces for some of the original sets we have, this would be awesome for giving him ideas on what else to build!

I have 3boys who LOVE Legos! They got a giant 600+ bucket for Christmas! We have them divided out by color in a screw/nail bin with pull out drawers! I would live for them to get more creative and think outside the box with them! This book sounds like something they'd ALL love! Thanks for the recommendation!
I'm following your Lego board on Pinterest (username SonyaHicks).
My lego lovers are my 6 yr old daughter and 4 yr old son. They got their first real lego's for Christmas and insist on playing with them EVERY day. The tough part is to keep them from fighting over the pieces!
I have two Lego lovers in my house! I adore watching them play, often for hours, and often together with Legos. I would love to win this book. I will be following you on Pinterest!
Legos have become THE father/daughter activity that bonds. :) My husband and daughter would love, love, love to have this book to spark new ideas for their creations!
My kids are 4 and 8. Each afternoon they spend time together QUIETLY building with Legos together. It's probably the only thing they can do together without fighting about something.
I am a bit embarrassed to say that we own not one single Lego! However, I really think they're something my girls, especially my younger dd, would enjoy. And I know a certain two year old boy in this house will love them when he's a bit older! (What can I say? I can't resist a good-looking book!)
My daughter is just beginning her Lego journey. Can't wait to see the creations she produces!
