Inspiring LEGO Creativity - LEGO Ideas Book Giveaway

One of the many benefits of playing with LEGO bricks is the sheer VOLUME of creativity that abounds.

My children recently worked together to build a LEGO house.   They had a firepit, crib for the baby, toilet, and shower. The master suite was connected to the nursery.  Everything was carefully crafted.

They were COLLABORATING, PLANNING, and LEARNING.    It was a moment where I just stood back and listened - thankful for those colorful little bricks and the ENDLESS hours of enjoyment and creativity they bring.

Our favorite inspiration for LEGO creativity is  The Lego Ideas Book, which  we purchased just a few months ago to use in a LEGO class I taught at our homeschool co-op.

This book has been the SINGLE BEST LEGO INVESTMENT we have made.    It gets used almost daily, and is full of ideas for building just about anything you want.

This book is full of ideas - my son would say "500 ideas from lots of LEGO fans".     Give your LEGO lover this book and just watch their imaginations soar.

Sections Include:

  •  Planes, Trains & Automobiles
  • Town & Country
  • Out of This World
  • In Days of Old
  • A World of Adventure
  • Make & Keep

.... and more!

I just had to share this resource with my fellow LEGO lovers.

It's made a huge difference in the way my son and daughter play with LEGOS.

You can win a copy of The LEGO Ideas Book.

I have two Lego lovers, ages 9 and 5. They build or play with their Legos every single day! Their favorite sets are the LOTR sets, but other than those, they really like to just make their own unique creations.

We have three Lego lovers in our house, me and my two sons. Playing and building Legos has to be our favorite thing to do, especially this time of year. I kept all the Legos from my childhood so we have some of the old stuff as well as the new. The room above our garage is decked out with a little town complete with the battery powered Lego train. The book sounds great, thanks for the opportunity to win it, my boys are 6 and 9 and I think it would be right up their alley.

I have three boys 6 and under. We gave up trying to keep lego sets organized because my boys utilize all the set pieces to create amazing, imagniative works of art! Pretty much any gift these little guys save up for or recieve is lego-related, and I am happy about this!
I have already subscribed to you via email, and I'm still new to Pinterest/trying to figure it out so I will try to find you there :) Also, I want to THANK YOU for the Lego unit study. I have put it out as a class proposal for our homeschool co-op and hopefully will be getting to teach it next year! You have clearly invested time and heart into homeschooling, I am enjoyiing your site and ideas! Thanks!

My 5 year old is just getting into legos and has become obsessed since Christmas... in fact he is playing with them as I am typing this comment. He loves to make cars out of his, so for his birthday will be getting him some wheel parts. Thanks for the chance to win - my son really needs this book! :)
