I love taking pictures.

I am NOT a photographer.

BUT....

So much of our homeschool is documented in photos.   My daughter loves her iTouch to take photos and stay in touch with other homeschool friends on Instagram.

Photos are a great learning tool and a wonderful tool for creativity, too.

The Joys of My Camera Phone

The Goodwin Family
I love the idea of a camera phone picture link-up.  Since my iPhone is my primary camera (I would really love a GREAT camera, but this will have to do for now!) I have lots... and I love that I can capture anything at any time.  So, here goes... camera phone pic highlights from the past year!

Love this - Miss B's birthday last year.  How about that cake??  A friend of mine made this American Girl masterpiece.   It was a once-in-a-lifetime cake, that's for sure!!

This is probably the BEST picture I've ever gotten on my phone ~ Niagara Falls.  The photo can just begin to capture what it was like standing there in person!

Another Niagara Falls picture -- this time of a very wet family on The Maid of the Mist.  We won't ever forget this vacation, that's for sure!

I like this shot I took of GMan and I - on Christmas Eve.  That's my boy -  always the silly one, and sometimes he can get mom to play along!

This squished up little face just reflects the excitement from the first time GMan got to be the catcher for his tball team.  You would have thought he had won the lottery!!

We snapped this next one at my father-in-law's house on Easter day... can you tell it's a fox in his front yard?   This little guy was just sunning himself and we watched him for several minutes, noticing how he acted a lot like our dog!

One last picture... I'm trying to get a lot of these diving board action shots this summer.  This is one of my favorites!  (I promise, I do FEED my son, but you wouldn't know it from his little ribs poking out here!)

Do you use your camera phone a lot, a little?  Is it your primary camera, or are you a lucky duck with a fancy camera?   Let me know, and then head over to Our Goodwin Journey to link up your pics, too!
