LEGO Minifigure Writing Prompts

Here's a little fun writing inspiration for your LEGO lover.

I've noticed that my son (obviously) loves his minifigures. He used to LOVE to write, but recently he has hit a wall with writing and reading. It seems that he needs a little more "encouragement" to do both of these things.

Why not use a love of all things LEGO to inspire writing?

To that end, I have created a download of LEGO minifigure writing prompts.

Included are 10 writing prompts, and lots of lined paper to write! Also included are some small versions of the create your own minifigure printable that can be cut, colored, and glued to popsicle sticks for some fun.

Examples include:

My son has already been working on these and I wanted to share his favorite with you:

Enjoy!  Download LEGO Minifig Writing Prompts.

Can't wait for Joe to see this! It looks perfect for him. I plan on having him doing this during our hours of driving to and from MI! He will be so excited! Your last LEGO printable was a huge step for him in his writing experience! We're so thankful for (Joe's favorite teacher) Ms. Mary Prather! (Now, I don't know that he's so excited about you getting a higher score than him in bowling...)

These are perfect for my 7 yo reluctant writer. He was excited just seeing them come out of the printer. Thanks so much for making and sharing them!

I allowed my Lego maniacs to create center pieces for our dining table...not only did they have stories to tell, but this created an opportunity for dad who had been away all day to start a conversation with the children!

I tried printing it, but instead of full sheets, I got quarter pages. I love the idea. I just can't seem to find the setting to get it to print properly.
