LEGO Education® Minifigures Giveaway

Are you ready for an excellent giveaway?

I'm happy to be partnering with Lego Education® to bring you a set of minifigures that gets a lot of use in our home.

Do your children love minifigures?

My little guy loves them so much I decided to design a Create Your Own Minifigure Printable, Minifigures Printables for Girls and Boys, and also a Language Arts with Minifigs download.

Do your children love history?

Both of my children have an affinity for history. We use The Story of the World as our history spine.

During many lessons my son is building some LEGO creation to go with our chapter. He has also built LEGO Landmarks - as you know the possibilities where LEGO bricks are concerned is very exciting.

Even my sixth grade daughter is enjoying playing with minifigs! (The kids have even started making stop motion videos together with Stop Motion Studio.)

Partnering a Love of Minifigures & History

We recently received the Fairytale and Historic Minifigure set from Lego Education®.

The set contains elements to build 22 minifigures, and also some great accessories to go with them.

My son, Grant, set them all up for a photo shoot:

As you can see, there are historic minifigures like knights and British soldiers, and kings and queens. There are also fairytale minifigures.

*Please note: this set does contain a witch and a wizard. I do not have a problem with these, but am sensitive to the fact that some families may.

I'm pleased to be able to give away one of these sets to a lucky reader (a $49.99 value!). Simply complete the Rafflecopter widget below to enter.  This giveaway will be open until Tuesday, April 30 at midnight!

My son love Lego and building to match what we are learning. He is getting older but we are adopting a 6yr old boy from Africa... I'm looking forward to my older son introducing this new family member to joy of building. I love all your ideas and it inspires me to incorporate more Legos into our homeschooling.

I can't think of a better way to teach history to my nine year old son! He is obsessed with Legos and I'm always looking for more hands on, creative teaching tools. Love this!

My boys play anything and everything with their mini-figs. They even set up a mini-fig shop where they can buy/trade/sell hair, faces, arms, legs, etc. :) What a great giveaway! :)

My kids love legos. These look great. We love to buy figurines but sometimes the littlest gets upset that its not THE one she wanted.

An easier question to answer would be, "What does your child NOT like to play with Lego minifigures?" Seriously, all three of my children incorporate them into every little thing they do. Just last night the boys created an army with their army guys and minifigs and used Legos to build military vehicles. We have created many Lego minifigures to go with science (studying anatomy this year) and history (colonial American and the American Revolution) using your printables.

Thank you so much for the chance to win such an amazing gift for my 3 boys. I wanted to get this set for them for Easter and didn't end up getting it. These would go so well in our homeschool room and would work in perfectly with all of our history studies. I love my boys to have hands on learning and also something to play with while listening to read alouds. Thanks again!
