World Math Day

Have you heard of World Math Day? I can't believe I hadn't heard of it until just last week. It is a fabulous opportunity for children of all ages to have fun with math and compete with other children from all over the world! I completed the registration (FREE) for both of my children and we will be participating. Once you are registered on the World Math Day site, this is also good for World Spelling Day, which happens just a few days later.

Click here for a detailed explanation of World Math Day, which I found at Let's Play Math.

It gets even better! There's an app for you iTouch, iPhone and iPad users! Woo hoo!

*This post in linked to the Homeschool Village - each Thursday people link up to talk about Fantastic Finds. Click the graphic below to see what others have found!

Thanks for leaving a comment on my blog! I am a new follower and am so happy I came across your blog! I am so close to homeschooling my son right now but am not sure exactly how to do it! This blog will be an amazing resource for me!
