Pin It, Do It! Super Easy Cookies & Cream Mini Cheesecakes

I've been on Pinterest quite a while now, and I have (like so many of you) gotten many wonderful ideas from this super cool bookmarking/sharing site.   They have been, however, just that -- ideas.   I am proud to tell you that I have completed my first Pin It-Do It activity, and I want to share it with you.

Super Easy Cookies & Cream Mini Cheesecakes

These were simple, although you need to allow enough time from start to finish, which is about 6 hours total (from start to mouth!).   They need bake and then cool, and then refrigerate for either 4 hours or overnight.

Don't you love the Picasso plates?  We are studying Picasso this month, and I picked up these plates at a Picasso exhibit in Atlanta many years ago.  Dessert for the past few nights has been fun, with our mini cheesecakes served on Picasso plates!
Click here for the original recipe and the instructions are simple!

Are you on Pinterest?   If you are, please leave me a link so I can follow you.   Are you following me?
