A Rhyme for Setting the Table to use with your Little Ones

Do your children help set the Thanksgiving table?

It's a skill that is going by the wayside I fear.

We've been setting tables at my house! This morning I came across a printable place setting and then just a little while ago a friend of mine sent me this cute rhyme to help us remember how to set the table as well!

Hey diddle, diddle, the plate is in the middle,
the cow jumped over the moon.
The fork is on the left,
the knife is on the right,
on the inside of the spoon.

I love it when things come together. I hope you can use this with your little ones as Thanksgiving approaches!

Happy Thanksgiving!

Cute! And, on the right (5 letters) goes the glass and on the left (4 letters) goes the extra dish.
